The onboarding fee covers the full custom build of your automation stack — mapping your specific properties, platforms, and workflows, then building and testing every automation end-to-end. This is not a generic SaaS toggle. It's a custom-fit system built for your exact operation. The fee is one-time and the result is yours to keep permanently.

What happens to my automation if I cancel?

You keep everything. We hand over full documentation, all n8n workflow files, and a complete credential handover so your automations keep running independently. Your onboarding investment is never wasted — if our service isn't worth staying for, you walk away cleanly with a fully working system.

How do you connect to my platforms?

We use the official APIs and webhooks published by each platform — the same developer-grade connections the platforms themselves support for third-party integrations. You retain full access and control over every credential. Nothing runs as a black box — you can see exactly what connects where and revoke access at any time.

What counts as a "unit"?

A unit is any individually listed property in your portfolio — a single listing, a condo, a house. If it has its own listing and its own guests, it counts as one unit. If adding units moves you into a lower per-unit tier, your entire portfolio drops to the new rate — growth always saves you money.

Do you take a commission on my revenue?

Never. Traditional property managers take 20–30% of gross revenue. STR Engine charges a flat per-unit fee only — so when your revenue grows, we don't take a cut. That's the whole point of this model.

How long does setup take?
